Launched in the United States in October 2023, IBest Wines expanded into South Africa in early 2024 and reached a defining milestone in April 2025 when it was selected for American Airlines’ prestigious FLAGSHIP FIRST International Wine Program. The selection placed IBest Wines among a highly curated global portfolio and signaled the brand’s resonance with today’s most discerning international consumers. The brand’s Stellenbosch-sourced blends have earned critical acclaim, including Rolling Stone naming the white blend best white wine, alongside top honors from the New York International Wine Competition and USA Wine Ratings.

With more than two decades of experience across the wine and spirits industry, Ingrid previously held senior leadership roles at Diageo, Moët Hennessy, and Bacardi, where she helped shape brand strategy, luxury positioning, and cultural relevance for iconic global names including Dom Pérignon, Hennessy, Belvedere, Johnnie Walker, Don Julio, CÎROC, and D’USSÉ. Her career has been defined by translating culture into commercial value with credibility and restraint, experience that now informs her work as a founder and industry leader.
